Dr. Steven Porto

Dr. Porto is a triple board certified Cosmetic and General Surgeon who focuses on cosmetic surgery of the body and some face. We offer a multitude of surgical and non-surgical procedures including: breast augmentation, breast lifts, tummy tuck, liposuction, and eyelid surgery as well as, Botox, dermal and lip fillers, microneedling and many other aesthetic services.

Favorite Part of Your Job:
The hugs/thanks from patients when we have completed the surgical course.

Out of Office Activities:
Working out, going to dinner to new restaurants and traveling with Casey, being with my girls.

Weekend Hobby:
Coaching my daughters in whatever sport or activity they choose. Golf and being poolside.

Interesting Fact:
I turned down playing football at multiple D3 colleges to stay in Florida and go to UF with some of my buddies.

Casey Young, RN
Practice Manager

Favorite Part of Your Job:
Caring for all of our patients. I’ve been a nurse for almost 15 years and I truly live to help make people feel better whether it’s physically or emotionally.

Out of Office Activities:
Mommin’. We have three daughters Leni, Josi, and Stevi that are my number one passion in life. I’m so grateful this career allows me to stay home with them more often than not.

Weekend Hobby:
Being active (anything from yoga to lifting), attending church, cooking, outings with the girls (we love Indy Children’s museum and the zoo).

Interesting Fact:
For 7 years I worked as a pediatric ICU nurse and legal nurse consultant prior to moving to Indiana for Steven’s fellowship.

Bri Berg, CST
Surgical Coordinator

Favorite Part of Your Job:
I enjoy getting to see our patients during all of their stages (pre, during, and post) of surgery or procedures. I love seeing our patients get the results they are wishing for and becoming their best and most confident selves.

Out of Office Activities:
I love spending time with my husband and two kids. We love to travel, play family board games, and go on golf cart rides together.

Weekend Hobby:
I enjoy watching my kids play sports. I also like to read, listen to music, cook, and shop. In the summers you can find me outside, hopefully near water.

Interesting Fact:
I am fascinated by The Titanic and have watched an embarrassing amount of documentaries about it. I am also slightly obsessed with checking the weather app several times a day.

Caitlin Wilson
Front Office Coordinator

Favorite Part of Your Job:
Meeting all of our patients and seeing their before and afters, whether that be injectables or surgery. I love seeing the change in how people feel about themselves when they leave. 

Out of Office Activities:
My greatest joy in life is being a mom! I absolutely love being with my 3 girls and husband, just hanging out at home having singing and dancing parties in the kitchen or the car, or going shopping with them and my momma!

Weekend Hobby:
Hanging out with my momma and being with my girls. We love to shop, play outside, and have family movie nights!

Interesting Fact:
I have been a stay at home mom for the last 6 years, and loved every minute of it! I am a licensed esthetician and makeup artist. I have been doing makeup professionally since I was 16 years old, anything from weddings and proms to fashion shows! I love helping people feel their most beautiful self and seeing them light up after they look in the mirror!

Maggie Schelb, RN, BSN
Aesthetic and Office Nurse

Favorite Part of Your Job:
Seeing how happy our patients are when they leave their appointments. There is something so special about the extra pep in their step they have leaving our office.

Out of Office Activities:
Spending time with my two kids, and my husband. I’ve prayed my whole life to be a mommy. My kids are my world. I’m always reading! I also love to exercise and embroider anything I can get my hands on.

Weekend Hobby:
Learning! I'm obsessed with education. I spend a lot of my off time if not with my family learning anything I can about anything I can.

Interesting Fact:
I’m half Hispanic. I was born and raised in New Mexico, but came to Indiana for college. I met my husband and the rest is, as they say, history.

Katy Barnes, RN, BSN
Nurse Injector

Favorite Part of Your Job:
The ability to make people feel beautiful is a wonderful aspect of being a nurse injector, and it's my favorite part of the job! By helping my patients feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin, I can have a lasting impact on their lives and overall well-being.

Out of Office Activities:
Spending time with my family is a top priority for me! I enjoy going on adventures with my two boys and husband. Whether it's exploring new places, trying new activities, or just spending quality time together, family time is important to me! In addition to family time, I also like to stay active and prioritize working out. Whether it's hitting the gym, going for a run, or trying a new fitness class, I enjoy challenging myself physically and staying healthy

Weekend Hobby:
Weekends are always busy and filled with family, fitness, food, and adventure. We enjoy trying out new restaurants together. Whether it's a trendy new spot or a hidden gem we like to try them all and even better if we can bike there.

Interesting Fact:
While I was in college I spent my summers working at a golf course (which was so fun) but little did I know I would ended up meeting my husband there! That course will always hold a special place in our hearts.
